I specialise in women’s health and fitness, including pre and postnatal exercise. My focus is on creating personalised workouts designed for safe and effective weight loss, strength building, posture improvement, as well as core and pelvic floor muscle restoration.

I offer 1:1 or group personal training sessions at Godalming Leisure Centre, as well as sessions in the local park or from the comfort of your own home. For Godalming Leisure Centre you can find more information below, for PT sessions at a park or your home, please contact me. Prices vary for private sessions at your home or park.

When?

Sessions are generally held on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. 


How much?

£40 per hour for members

£45 per hour for non-members
